2024 Summer Only Registration

1) Review the 2024 Summer Only Instructions.
2) Complete the contact and student information below
3) Remit the $15/student registration fee (approved new students only)
    * Summer lessons do not follow the 2023-2024 school year piano lesson schedule.
    * June 3 - August 17, M, W, Th, 9am - 8pm (M-W week of July 4)
    * Sign up for as many or as few lessons as you'd like on a Google Doc sign-up.
    * Lessons can be on different days or times each week 
    * Cancel or change day or time up to 48 hrs in advance of the scheduled time free.
    You will be charged $27.50 if you cancel within 48 hours of the schedule lesson. 
    * $27.50/lesson, due at the end of the month for the number of scheduled lessons. 
    ​* Please contact me using the comment box below before April 26 if you will attend the majority of the summer and need a regular time. 
    * I will send you a confirmation email once you have completed the registration form and I have received the registration fee.
