2026 Summer Only Registration

1) Review the 2026 Summer Only Instructions.
2) Complete the contact and student information below
3) Remit the $20/student registration fee (approved new students only)
If you are on my waiting list and I'm able to add you to the school year roster, you will receive a $20 credit on next year's $40 registration fee.

SUMMER LESSON INSTRUCTIONS
* Summer lessons DO NOT follow the 2025-2026 school year piano lesson schedule.
* Begin Jun 1, 9am - 7pm M-Th for June and M-W in July and August
* Sign up lessons using the Google Doc sign-up once you have paid the registration fee. There is a tab at the bottom of the page for each month.
* Lessons can be on different days or times each week
* Cancel or change day or time up to 48 hrs in advance of the scheduled time free.
You will be charged $30 if you cancel within 48 hours of the schedule lesson.
* $30/lesson, due at the last lesson you schedule for each month .

Yes, I have read and agree to the Summer Lesson agreement. Yes, I will allow my child(ren)'s image to be displayed on your Facebook and Instagram private studio pages. Yes, I will allow my child(ren)'s image to be displayed in your studio and at our studio recitals. No, I prefer to not have my children's images used.
