About Lisa
I was classically trained by a Washington State Music Teachers Hall of Fame teacher and participated in many local and state competitions through the Washington State Music Guild.
I began teaching piano lessons in Washington State in 1979, under the direction of my piano teacher, while I was in Jr. High. Since then I have continued to teach, sometimes with just a few students and sometimes as many as 30. Since moving to Texas in 2009, I have been teaching in the area since 2010. I currently have a studio with 35+ students who range in age from 5 years old to adults.
I love teaching children and youth and have spent the majority of my volunteer service teaching children and youth at my church. I also accompany my church choir and other musical groups.
